Q. What is your service area?
A. Our dedicated team proudly serves Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area with a commitment to delivering top-notch lawn and garden maintenance
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we carry $2 million in General Liability insurance.
Q. What if it doesn't snow?
A. On some winters we have to go out more - on others, we have to go out less. Whether it snows more or less often than usual, there is no change in our pricing.
Q. Do you have a warranty?
A. Yes, all plantings - 50% replacement pricing for three years following planting, no questions asked.
All wood, stone, and paver installations - two-year warranty to rectify any deficiencies in installation.
Q. What are your lawn mowing practices?
A. We generally mow lawns at 1.5 - 2 inches, clients can request higher or lower cutting heights.
Q. Are you covered by the WSIB?
A. Yes, our staff our protected and we are in good standing with the WSIB (Workers Safety and Insurance Board).
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Email Money Transfers (EMTs), cheques and cash
Q. Can I cancel my services?
A. Yes, You can cancel without penalty at any time. Just let us know by email that you'd like us to stop the service. You are still responsible for paying any outstanding invoices, but we will refund you an amount based on the number of remaining grass cuts in the month.
